Larson Electronics Releases Portable Explosion Proof Heater, 3000W Fan Forced, 240V Single-Phase

This forced fan heater is 3,000 watts and compatible with 240V single phase with an airflow rate of 580 CFM (24’ air throw).
The EPH-FH-CD-T3B-3KW-240V.1P-50M-EPP-2023 portable explosion proof heater operates on 240V single phase with 24V control voltage and is 14.8-amp rated. This 3,000-watt forced fan heater supports an airflow rate of 580 CFM, throwing air up to 24 feet and runs on 10,250 BTUs. This heater is T3B temperature rated and features guard shields to protect the internal moving parts.
Larson Electronics’ portable heater is made of 14-gauge steel and aluminum with stainless steel and aluminum pressure relief valves. Louvers on this heater allow operators to control the direction of air coming out of the fan in real time. Housed in a NEMA 7 enclosure, this unit is ideal for indoor or outdoor use and comes with standard components, including a disconnect switch, pilot light, thermostat, and 50 meters of 16/3 SOOW cord with a 6-20P explosion proof cord cap.
This heater is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D; and Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F and G hazardous locations. This portable unit is mounted on a skit cart with anti-static wheels for easy transportation around a work site and features forklift pockets for seamless lifting.
