Larson Electronics Releases Low-Bay Explosion Proof LED Fixture, 50W, 7,000 Lumens, Paint Spray Booth Approved
KEMP, Texas, October 24, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Larson Electronics, a Texas-based company with over 40 years of experience spearheading the industrial lighting and equipment sectors, announced the release of a 50-watt hazardous location low-bay LED light fixture capable of replacing 250-watt metal halide lamps. This LED fixture produces 7,000 lumens of light output and carries an IP67 waterproof rating. This fixture offers a 60,000+ hour lamp life and is factory sealed. This unit features a copper-free aluminum alloy housing with a powder-coated finish.
The EPLC2-LB-50LED-RT-CM hazardous location low-bay LED light fixture is rated for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups C and D; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F and G; and Class III, Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous locations. This 50-watt low-bay fixture produces 7,000 lumens of light and features a color temperature of 5600K with 3000K and 4500K options available. This unit comes standard with a flat surface ceiling mounting system that is equipped with four bolts and can be mounted on vertical or horizontal surfaces.
Larson Electronics’ explosion proof low-bay LED fixture is universal voltage capable and can be operated on 100-277V AC 50/60Hz. This unit comes in a low-voltage option that operates on AC/DC voltages from 11-25V. This unit comes equipped with an internal wiring junction box and a total of four 3/4" NPT hubs for running conduit. Suitable applications include paint spray booths, refineries, chemical manufacturing, and more.
