Larson Electronics Releases Explosion Proof Receptacle, CID2, 63A, 480V, 3-Pole W/ 4-Wire Config

This 30-amp rated outlet comes in a 3-pole 4-wire configuration with 480V AC compatibility.
The HLC-EX-63A-3P4W-480V.3P explosion proof receptacle is made of durable non-metallic fiberglass reinforced polyester with a NEMA 3, 3R and 4X rating and features IP66 protection. This portable unit features a back plate with a CGB connector included for customer provided cords. This unit is rated for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D; Class I, Zones 1 and 2; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F, and G; and Class III hazardous locations.
Larson Electronics’ explosion proof receptacle features a 1.5” NPT hub at the bottom of the outlet and does not require any seals to be used in hazardous locations. This unit features specially designed color coding and pin configuration that reduces the possibility of making incorrect power connections. Suitable applications for this unit include manufacturing, industrial settings, warehouses, and any other locations where combustible dusts, fibers or flyings may be present.
