Larson Electronics Releases Explosion Proof Propane Sensor, CID1, Analog Output, 0-200 Ppm

This explosion proof toxic gas transmitter is fitted with a propane sensor that offers users a unique sensor response testing system for use in hazardous settings. This unit is fitted with a propane sensor that detects 0-200 ppm.
The EXP-SNR-TG-EC-ITS-ALG-PP200 explosion proof propane sensor’s testing system verifies response checks with real gas samples generated on demand and features an easy-to-see LCD graphics display, internal data logger that stores measured gas values, and an alarm. This unit is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups B, C, and D hazardous locations. This sensor allows operators to calibrate, view data and set up alarms with a magnetic tool eliminating the need to open the sensor’s enclosure.
Larson Electronics’ explosion proof sensor comes with a scalable 4-20 mA programmable output range, three internal alarm relays transmitter and an analog output. This unit is built with cast aluminum housing and fitted with a propane sensor that plugs into the transmitter. The gas detector contains a sensor, amplifier and memory module in one unit allowing it to be calibrated independently and plugged into any detector for immediate use with no adjustments needed.
