Larson Electronics Releases Explosion-Proof Portable Ventilation Exhaust Fan, 1/3 HP, 120V, 1650 CFM

This exhaust-only fan is weatherproof and compatible with 120V AC. This fan features non-sparking, non-metallic blades that actively prevent sparks in the work area.
The EPF-VFP-10-120V-NFK-15C-16.3-EPP explosion-proof ventilation fan is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D; and Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F and G hazardous locations. This fan ensures effective extraction of explosive gases, vapors, dust, fibers and flyings, and hazardous fumes in combustible environments. This fan operates on 120V AC and draws 5.2 amps at startup. This fan offers 3,600 RPM via a 1/3 horsepower motor.
Larson Electronics’ explosion-proof, exhaust-only fan provides 1,650 CFM of air flow and contains a 10-inch inlet for connecting 10-inch ducts (duct not included). This fan features an external On/Off switch and an external grounding lug for grounding duct components to the fan. This fan features a steel body and is rated IP54 waterproof with a T3B temperature rating. This fan is equipped with 15 feet of 16/3 SOOW cord fitted with an explosion-proof cord cap.
This exhaust-only, explosion-proof fan comes with several portable features and a top-located handle that enables operators to easily carry the fan around the work site. Suitable applications for this explosion-proof ventilation fan include hazardous locations, confined spaces, factories and more.
