Larson Electronics Releases Explosion-Proof Lighting Panelboard, 120/240V, 100A Main, 3P4W
KEMP, Texas, July 5, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Larson Electronics, a Texas-based company with over 40 years of experience spearheading the industrial lighting and equipment sectors, announced the release of an explosion-proof lighting panelboard designed for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous locations. This unit is rated 120/240V AC single-phase and has a 3-pole 4-wire configuration. This panelboard’s main breaker amp rating is 100 amps.
The EPPB-3P4W-3X20A.1P-1X15A.1P-1X20A.2P explosion-proof lighting panelboard is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups B, C, and D; Class I, Zones 1 and 2, Group IIB+H2; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F, and G; and Class III hazardous locations. This unit features a primary voltage of 120/240V single phase and has 24 branch circuit breaker spaces. This unit contains three 20-amp single phase, one 15-amp single phase, and one 20-amp two-phase branch breakers.
Larson Electronics’ explosion-proof panelboard is made of copper-free aluminum with cover bolts that are made of stainless steel. A corrosion resistant NEMA 4X breather and drain is available to reduce condensation on the inside of the unit. This IP65-rated unit protects against rain and hose water and is suitable for industrial facilities, hazardous locations, marine locations and more.
