Larson Electronics Releases Explosion-Proof LED Lighting System, 900W, 6 LEDs, 105,000 Lumens
KEMP, Texas, October 9, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Larson Electronics, a Texas-based company with over 40 years of experience spearheading the industrial lighting and equipment sectors, announced the release of an explosion-proof LED lighting system for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous locations. This LED light system produces 105,000 lumens of light while drawing only 900 watts. This unit features six LED lamps and a copper-free, aluminum-alloy body that is powder-coated for added durability.
The EPL-SL-PT-6X150LED-RT-EPP-MOD1 explosion-proof LED lighting system is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F and G; and Class III, Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous locations. This light system offers 60,000 hours of lamp life with 80% lumen retention. This unit features an adjustable swivel bracket made of 3/8” aluminum that allows for 270˚of adjustment and is attached to a slip fit yoke for simple installation.
Larson Electronics’ explosion-proof LED light fixture features LEDs that each produce 17,500 lumens of light with a color temperature of 5000K, 4000K or 3000K with a color rendering index of 75. This T5-rated LED system offers various beam angles when in a fixed mount position, including a 60˚ beam, 125˚ and 140˚ beam configurations. This unit is universal voltage capable and operates on 100-277V AC 50/60Hz, with a low voltage option available.
This unit comes with 250 feet of 12/3 SOOW cord fitted with an explosion-proof cord cap. This unit features an ambient operating temperature range of -50˚C to 65˚C and is suitable for paint spray booths, industrial facilities and more.
