Larson Electronics Releases Explosion Proof Enclosure, CID1, Ten 1" Hubs, Indoor/Outdoor Use

This cast aluminum enclosure is designed to hold electrical equipment up to 12” by 12” by 8” in size and can be used in indoor and outdoor applications.
The EPL-AEB-12.12.8-10X1WE explosion proof enclosure is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups B, C and D; Class I, Zones 1 and 2, Groups IIB+H2 and IIA; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F and G; and Class III, Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous locations. This unit comes with 10, 1” NPT hubs and is made of cast aluminum. This unit comes with steel bolts and a weatherproof gasket for a NEMA 3R / NEMA 4 protection rating. The explosion proof device enclosure box is NEMA 7 (Groups B, C and D) and NEMA 9 (Groups E, F and G) rated.
Larson Electronics’ explosion proof enclosure features an internal cavity that measures 12” long by 12” wide by 8” high. This unit is approved for use indoors and outdoors where flammable or combustible gases, vapors, dusts, fibers and flyings could be present.
