Larson Electronics Releases Explosion-Proof Electric 16-Inch Box Fan/Blower, 4450 CFM, 240V AC

This unit provides high 4,450+ CFM output and is designed for use with 220V AC electrical power. This fan comes equipped with a 30-foot line-in cord terminated in a European Schuko cord cap.
The EPF-E16-4450-220V-SCHUKO explosion-proof blower is rated for use in Class I, Group D and Class II, Groups E, F and G hazardous locations. This fan features a 1.5 horsepower motor that is fully encapsulated and a precision balanced non-sparking aluminum blower blade. This blower features 16-inch intake and exhaust flanges, producing over 4,450 CFM of air output. The fan has an anti-static glass reinforced ABS housing that is corrosion-proof and chemical resistant with an IP65-rated switch enclosure that has been rain tested.
Larson Electronics’ explosion-proof fan operates on 220V AC 50/60 Hz with a 1.5-amp draw and 1.2-amp constant draw after startup. This fan comes with a 15-foot long duct, single-ply polyester reinforced PVC vinyl fabric hose designed with an external wearstrip that is reinforced with a spring steel wire helix. This fan has an ambient temperature rating of -20-degrees F to 180-degrees F. Suitable applications include use at work sites and commercial and industrial settings.
