Larson Electronics Releases Explosion Proof Cord Reel, CI/D2, 40' 14/3 SOOW Cord, No Ratchet

This cord reel is ideal for use in places such as petroleum facilities, waste water treatment plants, and other hazardous locations.
The EPLRL-40-14.3-HR-NRT explosion proof cord reel is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F and G; Class III, Divisions 1 and 2; and Class I and Zone 1 hazardous locations. This cord reel comes equipped with 40 feet of 14/3 SOOW cord with a 14-inch flange diameter and is ready to install a portable explosion proof fixture on the end. This unit features a rugged fabricated steel and cast aluminum slip ring enclosure.
Larson Electronics’ explosion proof cord reel is not built with a ratchet and will not hold in place when the cord is retracted. This unit’s standard features include a 4-roller adjustable cable guide and ball, 35 amps, 1-4 conductors at 600V and 5-12 conductors at 250V. This unit can be used indoors and outdoors and is suitable for use in grain storages, handling silos, paint spray booths, underground mines, chemical plants, and more.
