Larson Electronics Releases 50W Explosion-Proof Low Bay LED Light Fixture, 7,000 Lumens

This LED fixture provides 7,000 lumens of light and offers an IP67 waterproof rating. This unit offers 60,000+ hours of lamp life and is factory sealed.
The EPLC2-LB-50LED-RT-WLM 50-watt explosion proof low bay LED fixture is rated for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups C and D; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F, and G; and Class III, Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous locations. This unit offers 7,000 lumens of light with a color temperature of 5600K, as well as 3000K and 4500K options. This low bay LED fixture is rated IP67 and is dust-proof and protected against high-pressure jets and temporary submersion.
Larson Electronics’ explosion-proof low bay LED fixture features a copper-free aluminum alloy housing that is specially designed to dissipate heat, which increases the LED’s lifespan and efficiency. This unit is universal voltage capable and can be operated with 100-277V AC 50/60Hz. A low voltage option is also available that operates on AC/DC voltages from 11-25 volts. This unit is equipped with an internal wiring junction box and four 3/4-inch NPT threaded ports for the running conduit.
This low bay LED fixture comes standard with a wall-mount configuration and extends the fixture up to 6 inches from a flat, vertical mounting surface. Various mounting options are available, including pendant mounting, ceiling mounting and cable mounting. This low bay fixture is recommended for lower mounting heights between 15 feet and 40 feet. Suitable applications include paint spray booths, chemical manufacturing plants and more.
