Larson Electronics Releases 20' Ski Trailer Mounted Fold Over 3-Stage Light Mast, Electric Winch, 9' to 20'
KEMP, Texas, March 11, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Larson Electronics, a Texas-based company with over 40 years of experience spearheading the industrial lighting sector, announced the release of a ski trailer mounted fold over 3-stage light mast for deploying lights, security cameras and other equipment up to 20 feet. This mast features a rotating boom allowing for 360 degrees of rotation and removable mast head. This unit features an electric winch controlled by a wireless remote and bottom-locking pontoons.
The LM-20-3S-EW-10TLR-SKI.PN telescoping 3-stage fold over light mast on a single ski axle trailer can be extended to 20 feet and collapsed to nine feet. The tower is made of square metal tubing with a bottom section measuring 7.13’ long and 4” by 4” by 1/8” thick, a middle section measuring 7.23’ long and 3” by 3” by 1/8” thick, and a top section measuring 7.78’ long and 2” by 1/8” thick. Each section has a 1-foot minimum overlap and the mast can be elevated via the 1,000lbs 24V electric winch with 3/16” galvanized cable, which is controlled by a wireless remote control.
Larson Electronics’ light mast is mounted at the front of a 10-foot trailer with the mast head hanging above the back of the ski trailer. The trailer itself can support an additional 1,000lbs of equipment and is equipped with 3,500lbs leaf springs, metal snow skis and pontoons for safety. This mast is suitable for use as temporary lighting, at construction sites, and for security camera deployment.
