Larson Electronics LLC Releases Class 1 Division 2 Hazardous Area Low Voltage LED Light
KEMP, Texas, February 13, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Larson Electronics LLC, leader in industrial lighting, has released a Hazardous Area LED Light Fixture that is approved for Class 1 Division 2 environments and wet locations, suitable for a variety of applications. This LED strip light offers 2,416 lumens and operates on 12 or 24V DC voltage. Triangle-end brackets are available for mounting.
The HAL-48-33W-LED-25C is a 46.88” LED strip light fixture, rate for Class 1 Division 2 Groups A, B, C and D hazardous areas. This 33.6-watt unit is equipped with a Cree X-Lamp XR-E that produces 2,416 lumens. The HAL-48-33W-LED-25C is T3 temperature rated, and is low voltage, operating on 12 or 24VDC. These units are configured in a 46.88" long strip or "bar" profile for installation in locations where wide dispersal and a low profile is preferred.
This hazardous area LED features two standard adjustable end brackets that allow operators to mount the light to flat surfaces and then adjust the light 170 degrees vertically for the best placement. The HAL-48-33W-LED-25C extruded aluminum with a tough powder coat finish for high strength and durability. The housing is IP54 rated, providing limited ingress protection against dusts, and basic protection against splashing water such as rain.
