Lady M Launches Summer Mille Crêpes Cakes and New Iced Beverage
Announcing the launch of Lady M's Berry Berry Mist, seasonal Citron Mille Crêpes, and extended offer of Salted Caramel Mille Crêpes and Chocolate Arc-en-Ciel.
NEW YORK, May 30, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Lady M New York is in full summer swing with seasonal cakes and a brand new iced drink creation.
Berry Berry Mist was created with the upcoming summer months in mind. Developed by Lady M’s in-house drink team, Berry Berry Mist is sparkling and tart with mint leaves and muddled limes. The drink is made complete with a trio of fresh summer berries and is the ultimate refresher. Berry Berry Mist will be available at all Lady M dine-in boutiques till July 31, 2019.
Lady M showcases a new seasonal cake each month, and the featured cake for June is Citron Mille Crêpes. Each cake is handmade, consisting of delicate and golden crêpes layered with fresh lemon custard. The multi-layered cake is finished with dustings of snow sugar and candied lemon zest. It’s bright, beautiful, and captures the celebratory flavors of summer in a cake. Citron Mille Crêpes will be available from June 1-30, 2019.
Due to popular demand, Lady M’s Salted Caramel Mille Crêpes will be extended in boutiques until June 30, 2019. Salted Caramel Mille Crêpes is one of the newer flavors in the Lady M Mille Crêpes collection, and has been a huge hit nationwide. This cake features chocolate crêpes layered with salted caramel cream. On top, housemade salted caramel glaze and cacao nibs. It is rich and wonderful, and worthy of any and all celebrations.
Lady M's Chocolate Arc-en-Ciel is also available in all boutiques through June 30, 2019. This cake is a must for any chocolate lover. Elegant and stunning, it features three distinct layers of chocolate: sinfully moist cake with a fine crumb, dark chocolate mousse, and milk chocolate mousse. It is topped with a silky ganache and fine cocoa powder.
Lady M cakes are available by the slice (in boutiques), or as whole cakes (in boutiques and online for delivery).
