Hotel Castello di Sinio is a small, independently owned luxury hotel in the Barolo wine zone of Piedmont, Italy. La Vita Vera Srl are planning to relaunch the hotel adding more services aimed at wine & food tourism.

Denise Pardini brings to Hotel Castello di Sinio, her prior experiences in the food industry, notably with Chez Panisse in the 1980s and her own critically acclaimed restaurant in the San Francisco Bay Area to her duties as sole Manager. She also brings a total of 35 years experience in business management, owning various activities and also working for multi-nationals as well as start-ups.
