World-renowned artist Vladimir Kush, the creator of Metaphorical Realism believes, as most important things in life, his metaphorical thinking comes from his childhood. There is always a connection. There is a link between any two ideas, no matter how seemingly wide apart. In fact, the more unconnected they appear, the greater the challenge and the thrill of bringing them together. Grasping the hidden likeness of things and holding on to it - this is "Metaphorical Realism."

During these ten years, Kush has created countless pieces of art, including "Waiting for Oscar" - an original painting dedicated to former Mayor of Las Vegas Oscar Goodman, who attended along with his wife, Mayor of Las Vegas Carolyn Goodman, the grand opening of the latest location of Kush Fine Art Gallery inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, being themselves collectors of Kush's art, including former Mayor's Metaphorical Portrait. Also participating and collaborating on numerous charity events and shows including artists and entertainers such as Jersey Boys, Raiding The Rock Vault, Famous Magician Criss Angel, Actress, Singer and Performer Gail Bennett, Broadway Composer Philip Fortenberry (who also wrote a musical piece on one of Kush's work and played it at one of Kush Fine Art Shows), and many more; as well as taking part of the sculpture collection "Celebration of Life" for St. Jude's Children's Hospital displayed at Summerlin Hospital and contributing with donations to The Cleveland Clinic - Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in Las Vegas, NV. The art of Vladimir Kush is studied across the country and abroad by art students and Kush Fine Art receives many requests for the art usage almost every day. The Ministry of Education of Brazil in San Paolo uses Kush's artwork every year in their textbooks for their schools.
