Kurta Law Moves Headquarters to Spacious Manhattan High-Rise

Madison Avenue location reflects the securities law firm's significant growth.

Kurta Law: New Office in Nomad

Kurta Law has announced that it will relocate its headquarters to 295 Madison Avenue, in Midtown Manhattan. With 2,500 square feet of office space, this location reflects the significant growth the firm has experienced over the past year. Kurta Law has added two new associate attorneys, Hannah Ross and Nico Banks. Hannah Ross graduated from New York Law School in 2021, joining Kurta Law after completing an internship with the firm. Nico Banks graduated from Cornell Law School in 2020.

"We believe the new office will foster strong collaborative energy that we can put to work for our clients," says managing partner Jonathan Kurta. "From the day that Kurta Law began, our focus has always been on representing victims of financial fraud - this new location will only help advance that focus." Kurta Law represents investors who are pursuing damages following the purchase of risky investments, including speculative stocks, junk bonds, non-traded REITs, and high-risk limited partnerships.

The new office is located in Manhattan's Nomad neighborhood. It is on the 7th floor of the Lefcourt Colonial Building, a 45-story neogothic skyscraper. This location is a short walk from Bryant Park and is two blocks away from Grand Central Terminal and numerous subway lines.

Jonathan Kurta has been practicing law since 2007. After initially representing both large and mid-sized broker-dealers, Mr. Kurta has been exclusively representing investors against brokers and brokerage firms since 2012.

The firm has recovered over $200 million for investors who have lost money as a result of broker fraud or misconduct. It has over 70 5-star reviews on Google, and partners Jonathan Kurta and Robert Van De Veire have been named "Rising Stars" on SuperLawyers.
