Prior to joining Kodella, Mr. Heath served as the CEO of Convalo Health International, a publicly traded healthcare company. Under his leadership, Convalo experienced significant revenue growth and increased profitability.

Throughout his tenure at Convalo, Mr. Heath leveraged technology to implement a number of customer-centric initiatives that included streamlining operations, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing advanced data analytics. These efforts resulted in enhanced service quality, better business performance, and ultimately, cemented Convalo's status as a leader in the industry. Mr. Heath employed a comparable approach to create new business units within the Company that generated substantial revenue gains.
