​​KnowledgeHound, a data discovery software solution trusted by the world’s top brands, today announced the expansion of its executive team. The company has appointed Laura Baker, former Senior Vice President, Americas at Mintel, as the first-ever Chief Revenue Officer. 

Bringing over 20 years of experience and proven leadership in building and scaling sales organizations to fuel revenue growth and client success—Laura Baker will lead the implementation of new revenue programs at KnowledgeHound.  

Laura’s extensive knowledge of the market research industry, in conjunction with her deep experience in cultivating relationships, with senior professionals across Fortune 500 companies aligns with KnowledgeHound’s mission to be a martech software that is especially in tune with the needs of today’s enterprise insights leaders.

In Laura’s time at Mintel, a leader in the market intelligence arena, she oversaw the exponential growth of both revenue and the size of sales teams, created and scaled client success groups, and guided the successful launch of numerous programs, from incorporating custom research into their mix of syndicated research offerings to creating strategic account programs to better align with market and client needs. Previous to Mintel, Laura held sales leadership roles at Kodak and AT&T— touching every business vertical from CPG, Retail, Agency, Government, Financial Services and more.
