KnobDepot Acquires Bayport House Cabinet Hardware

Sayville, NY, August 2, 2016 (Newswire.com) - KnobDepot.com, Inc. president, James Woods, has announced his company plans to acquire Dynasty International Hardware Corp., owner and developer of the Bayport House line of cabinet hardware.  Established in 2006, the Bayport House line today encompasses over 300 pieces of contemporary and traditional cabinet hardware in popular finishes inventoried and distributed from their Holbrook, New York, warehouse. 

KnobDepot  has been selling Dynasty's Bayport House line of cabinet hardware for ten years with very positive sales results.  While Bayport House represents only a small fraction of the more than 18,000 pieces that make up the KnobDepot catalog, this comparatively small player represents over 25% of total sales on the KnobDepot website. Mr. Woods feels that the line has significant sales potential beyond the KnobDepot website and he plans to expand the market for this line of hardware with an emphasis on customer service and wholesale price levels available to the general public. "But price alone does not guarantee success in this industry", according to Mr. Woods. "The consumer is looking for performance, quality and reputation - all qualities which Bayport House consistently exhibits." 

In preparation for the acquisition, which is scheduled to be completed by year end, Bayport House is now offering select inventory at discount pricing in order to clear the way for the introduction of new styles after the KnobDepot takeover.
