Key West Restaurants Use Summer Slow Season To Showcase New Selections

"When we are putting out a dinner for 200 people celebrating one of our island weddings, that isn't the time to be experimenting with something new. My staff takes the time now to perfect everything so that our busy season runs as smoothly as possible."

While they compete every year in such events as A Taste of Key West and the Master Chef, Chef Orr and his friends encourage people to take a summertime "food crawl". Stopping at several of the restaurants that help to make Key West, Florida famous, people can order one dish at a time to experience all of the new and exciting dishes that are being created.
