Justin Krashefski - A Career in the Guard
Boca Raton, FL, December 26, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Justin Krashefski was but a young man when left high school and embarked on his military career. He knew early on that he was ready to serve our nation’s military. He entered the United States Coast Guard and was off to basic training camp right away. He learned the skills there that he needed to make it in the Coast Guard, but he relied heavily on the self-discipline and attention to achievement that he placed on himself early in life and continues to this day.
Justin Krashefski enjoyed a youth full of sports and athletic pursuits. He learned early on that to excel on the field, he has to stay committed in every aspect of his life. Therefore he worked away in the weight room, on the track, on park trails and so on building his athletic abilities. These activities kept his mind focused and his goals clear. The demands placed on a member of the United States Coast Guard can only be helped by extreme physical development, and he excelled in the duty of protecting this country’s waterways and coastline over the course of a five year career. There he witnessed and participated in enforcement and the protection of the citizens of this country, its coastline, commerce, engaging smugglers of human trafficking and drug traffickers. It was hard, rewarding work.
Upon leaving the Coast Guard, Krashefski embarked on a career in the Fort Lauderdale Police Department as an officer of the law. There, he continued the fulfillment of duties to the public in a similar but different sort of way. One continued aspect of his toolset was the maintenance of his physical conditioning, which helped him in his duties there as well.
Today, Justin Krashefski is a full time student that holds an associate’s degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology from Keiser University. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree from the Florida Atlantic University in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. He plans to use his lifelong dedication to fitness, his experiences in service with the Coast Guard and as a police officer, and his education to build a career in sports medicine. He aspires to start a business of his own and serve his community and its athletes towards performing in sports, dealing with injuries and more.
