The numbers are in, and they suggest some various differences depending on the price of the properties being sold. For example, Joe states that houses selling at around $300,000 are currently running at about three months of inventory, while houses selling for $200,000 are running at only a month’s worth of inventory. This is great news for seller’s who are looking to sell their homes quickly. Houses close to these price ranges typically get sold right away if there are no major issues with the house.
Over the past month, the market continues to grow stronger and will continue to do well until we reach the upcoming holiday months. The strongest and most competitive area lies between the $300,000 and $700,000 range.

Q: It is now June and Summer is about to start, can you give me your guess on what the housing market will look like in the next few months?
