Join Cameron Venture Partners on May 7th to Raise Awareness for a Worthy Cause!

Online, May 6, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Organizations of all sizes and across industries spend tens of thousands of dollars sponsoring and attending conferences and trade shows every year. Since our inception, one of our goals has been to find innovative ways to give back to the Chicago community.

Over the last few months, we had the opportunity to partner with other organizations to help promote and sponsor Chicago Children's Advocacy Center's 3rd Annual Guys Night Out For The Kids. The Cameron Venture Partners Community Cares Team has been focused on promoting the event online and within the Chicago technology community.

Chicago Children's Advocacy Center was established by Mayor Richard M. Daley in 1998. Its mission is to unite public, private and community partners to ensure the safety, health and well-being of abused children in Chicago.

It's easy for growing corporations to forget their responsibility to the community. Too often, these companies are interested only in their bottom line and not in the opportunity of making a difference for those that need help most.
