He completed his Masters in Organizational Management from the Graduate School of Business, University of Phoenix in 2002. Joe has been actively supporting public service since the mid-1990s. He is presently the Vocational Specialist for Hyde Street Community Services in San Francisco, CA and has also worked as an Insurance Associate at the Chris Di Giacomo Insurance Agency in San Francisco.
