Jelf Achieves Outstanding Result In Latest Investor In Customers (IIC) Survey

Jelf is top scoring broker, according to Investor in Customers (IIC)

In the latest Investor in Customers survey, Jelf enjoyed its best result to date, putting it in the top quartile of all IIC assessments for the first time.

The IIC survey is an independent benchmarking exercise that assesses performance in four key areas.

• Understanding client needs
• Meeting clients' needs
• Delighting clients
• Engendering loyalty

For the fourth consecutive year, the Group improved its scores across the board.

According to Jelf's Chief Executive, Alex Alway: "I'm delighted with this result - it is a direct indication that our clients like working with us and value the level of service they receive. Our "outstanding" score is impressive and reflects the hard work and dedication of each and every one of our employees.
