Tampa, FL, February 16, 2018 (Newswire.com) - The two-day convention is set to occur February 20th - 21st at the Tampa Convention Center. The event is meant to serve as a unique and different platform to network with others in the real estate industry. Each day includes different programs and sessions with a focus to network and discuss topics specific to the commercial real estate sector.
On Tuesday, February 20th, there will be a Speed Networking Event. Attendees will participate in a formatted program geared towards the promotion of establishing and building new relationships with peers that share a common interest.

There is expected to be at least 200 people in attendance, as in the previous year. As a chair of the sub-committee, Jeff Dervech has helped plan the event along with Michaelann Murphy of Armstrong Development, and Jon Hellein of Hybridge Commercial.
On Wednesday, February 21st, the most significant day of the conference will take place, that will involve a Round Table Program consisting of topics to be discussed about the industry, also planned by Jeff Dervech, as co-chair, and by Jeremy Pino of Walker & Dunlop. The event will be from 9:15 AM-10:15 AM, and consist of ten large round tables with 10-15 people per table. The speaker for each table will touch on a specific theme relating to a sector within the commercial realty arena including capital markets, investment sales, real estate law, real estate development and retail trends.
Several of the topics that will be spoken on include, Restaurant Real Estate Trends; Construction in Today’s Real Estate Environment; Forward Outlook: Lessons from Hurricane Irma; Net Lease Market Update: What’s Being Built; What’s Being Sold and at What CAP Rate; What’s happening in Non-Recourse Financing?.
