Jeanette Bunn, President Of Travel To Go, Helps C.A.R.E. Shatter Records At Their Silent/Live Auction

Online, July 5, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Travel To Go President, Jeanette Bunn , helped C.A.R.E. raise $25,939.00, an organization record, at its 14th Silent/Live Auction during its recent conference in St. Pete Beach, FL.

Jeanette Bunn , who has helped plan all of the C.A.R.E. Silent and Live Auctions and Super Raffles in her role as Co-Chair of the Revenue Generation/Marketing Committee, has helped raise over $148,000.00 for C.A.R.E. Bunn says that "I volunteer for C.A.R.E. as Vice President because our company has gained so much as a company by being a member. I also came to realize, after years of being a member, that since C.A.R.E. is a volunteer organization, all that reap benefits should give back when they can. It gives me great pleasure to see the success of each C.A.R.E. conference and the Silent/Live Auction and Super Raffle. C.A.R.E. is able to raise marketing dollars through these fund raisers to help market the organization to the travel and timeshare industry, which ultimately helps bring in more C.A.R.E. companies."

Ms. Bunn has been a C.A.R.E. member since 1991 and Vice President of the Board of Directors since 2006. The funds raised are used to help promote C.A.R.E. to the vacation and timeshare industry with the goal of recruiting members. In addition to her participation at the auction, Bunn coordinated the efforts of the committee members for the donation of auction items that included vacation weeks, industry advertising, trade show admissions, electronics, jewelry, and gift cards with a retail value of over $42,010.84.
