Jason Aymerich Joins J.N. White Associates, Inc. as President
Randy White Maintains CEO Position
PERRY, N.Y., October 14, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Jason Aymerich joins J.N. White Associates, Inc. (dba “JN White®”) as the company’s third President. Randy White, the son of Founder, James Neel (“J.N.”) White, has been the President and CEO since 1991. White will maintain his position as owner and CEO.
JN White® was founded in 1960 as a screen printer by J.N. White. The company has evolved into an ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR certified custom manufacturer specializing in the design and production of membrane switches, graphic overlays and labels. The company works with a wide-range of global companies in many industries including military/DoD, medical devices, electronics and appliances.
White reports that he considered multiple options for the future of JN White®– selling the company, promoting someone from within or finding someone outside of the organization. “There is an incredible amount of talent, drive and promise within the walls of JN White® and selling the company just didn’t make sense to me. I want people to have a job, and the ability to grow and serve our customers with ingenuity and expertise,” says White. Ultimately, White chose to conduct a talent search and that is how he met Jason Aymerich.
Prior to joining JN White®, Aymerich was the President of Complemar Partners Inc., an e-commerce fulfillment company with locations spanning the United States. During Aymerich’s tenure, the company grew substantially setting record revenue every year, which was achieved organically and through acquisitions. Prior to Complemar, Aymerich was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Diamond Contract Manufacturing (a division of Diamond Packaging). “Upon meeting Jason I knew he was our guy,” says White. “He is intelligent, ambitious, and has a wide-breadth and depth of experience including sales, marketing, finance, and strategic business planning all while being very growth oriented.” With a desire to get back to his manufacturing roots, JN White® is the perfect opportunity for Jason to apply his knowledge of manufacturing, electronics, and applied technology to a world class organization that serves some of our nations most recognized electronics and device companies.
In 2015 Aymerich was the recipient of Rochester’s “Forty under 40” award honoring individuals that have achieved success in their career while giving back to the local community. Aymerich is a member of numerous boards and associations including Membership Chair of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), Empire Chapter, and is on the Dean’s Advisory Council at the College of Engineering Technology (CET) at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. He lives in West Irondequoit with his wife and two children.
