Investment And Partnership Agreement Signed With Sheikh Khalifa Bin Fahed Al Thani

Online, April 28, 2012 (Newswire.com) - In connection to the Investment & Partnership Agreement signed with Sheikh Khalifa Bin Fahed Al Thani member of the ruling family from Qatar and Fuad Ahmed Ahmed Saleh resident in Dubai. On 25th of Mars 2011 was an Investment and Partnership Agreement signed in-front of a Swiss Notary. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Fahed Al Thani and Fuad Ahmed Ahmed Saleh signed this agreement in person.

Sheikh Khalifa Bin Fahed Al Thani and Fuad Ahmed Ahmed Saleh were to Invest 10 Mio Euro, in projects thru SCH Swiss Capital Holding AG, and receive a 50% shareholding in SCH Swiss Capital Holding AG and its group, in accordance to this Investment and Partnership Agreement. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Fahed Al Thani was elected member of the Board of Helvetic Capital Partners AG together with Fuad Ahmed Ahmed Saleh that was elected Chairman of the Board of the same company.

During a meeting in November in Dubai did Sheikh Khalifa Bin Fahed Al Thani confirm the Investment and Partnership agreement with SCH Swiss Capital Holding AG. As Chairman of the Board of Helvetic Capital Partners AG has Fuad Ahmed Ahmed Saleh also confirmed a payment of two times five million euro to be received at Hinduja Bank (Switzerland) Ltd and the account of Helvetic Capital Partners AG.

In 2011 and 2012 SCH Swiss Capital Holding AG, sign to take over two companies one of them in 2012 was Air Poland. Air Poland was taken over to 70% with its President Mariusz Szpikowski holding a 30% stake in the company.

Due to the fact that the agreed investment capital was not paid from Sheikh Al-Thani to Helvetic Capital Partners AG in January 2011, the Private Equity Arm of SCH Swiss Capital Holdings AG, were SCH Swiss Capital Holding AG not able to fulfil these investments. Air Poland's Managing Director Mariusz Szpikowski filed for Bankruptcy on 26st of April 2012. This filing was made without and notification to SCH Swiss Capital Holdig AG. SCH Swiss Capital Holding AG is in contact with the court.

Criminal charges was filed on 10th of April 2012 against Sheikh Khalifa Bin Fahed Al Thani, Fuad Ahmed Ahmed Saleh and three other involved with State Prosecutors Office in Zurich, for criminal actions around the Investment and Partnership Agreement signed by the both on 25th of Mars 2011.

Further legal as well as civil actions can be filed in this case as damage my raise from signed contract not fulfilled due to the default of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Fahed Al Thani and his group.
