Introducing TribalTRAC Vendor Vault for Gaming Vendors

TribalTRAC Vendor Vault, powered by InnovaLinq™, streamlines the vendor licensing setup and approval process

TribalTRAC, an AmericanChecked product, has teamed with Innovum Technologies and their InnovaLinq™ product to introduce the Vendor Vault - the first web-based solution for vendors in the tribal gaming industry that makes regulatory compliance easier and less expensive by automating repetitive license application, renewal and reporting processes. The Vendor Vault, exclusive to TribalTRAC, eliminates the need for multiple applications to individual tribes, saving time and manpower during the initial application and renewal process.

Repeatedly requested by clients and TribalTRAC’s advisory board, and in development for more than three years, the Vendor Vault can produce vendor applications for all U.S. tribal gaming organizations. Vendors upload licensing application information once and the information is then mapped to the fields of each tribal application. When licensee information or application forms change, only the new data needs to be uploaded; all existing data is retained and remapped to the new form. Gaming commissions who are TribalTRAC members may retrieve the applications directly from the Vendor Vault or vendors may push the information directly to the licensing manager from the Vendor Vault. Applications may also be printed directly with the corresponding information and attachments if a paper application is required.

The TribalTRAC Vendor Vault may also be integrated with workforce management systems used by commissions. The integration works both for TribalTRAC’s employee and vendor licensing and employment history verification system. The Vendor Vault closes the loop for tribal gaming commissions, funneling information from multiple sources to a single chosen workforce management platform.

The TribalTRAC Vendor Vault completes the communication circuit that has previously been shorted by the inability of vendors to efficiently process applications to commissions caused by the unique requirements of each commission.

“Our proprietary design technology, supporting over 150 global currencies, has been in the works for a very long time and I am thrilled to see it come to life through this partnership with AmericanChecked,” said Innovum President Mark West. “AmericanChecked has a long-established reputation in the tribal gaming industry as an innovative company with integrity. Their TribalTRAC database is a trusted source of shared information by gaming commissions for licensing employees and vendors. Pairing TribalTRAC with InnovaLinq to create the Vendor Vault simply makes good sense.”

Vendor Vault and InnovaLinq connect individual applicants, companies and gaming regulators on a highly secure, web-based platform, automating license applications and renewals processes with workflow and a central task manager that provides notification of upcoming events.

“When we developed TribalTRAC, we envisioned a way to protect the industry by sharing information in a safe and secure environment,” AmericanChecked President and CEO Julie Hakman said. “TribalTRAC was built with input from leaders and innovators in tribal gaming to better protect sensitive information and streamline the licensing process. The Vendor Vault is the next logical step in the evolution of TribalTRAC as we seek to provide our clients with the best the industry has to offer to make their day-to-day easier. The Vendor Vault is not only game-changing for the vendors, it also offers gaming commissions the unique opportunity to access the market’s most robust source of information for employee and vendor licensing decisions.”

The TribalTRAC Vendor Vault will be available in the fourth quarter of 2018 for vendors.
