Hiss holds over 30 years of healthcare sales and business development experience from both Fortune 500 health plans and innovative startups alike. As an industry veteran, he has built his career on being a strong listener, an advocate of the client, and, ultimately, a champion for the member. Prior to joining Insightin Health, Hiss has been a senior team member at healthcare organizations such as Marathon Health, CareHere, and Aetna.

Having worked for three decades within the largest health plans in the country as well as some of the most successful start-ups of the past decade, Hiss is never afraid to try something new and has learned the value of combining “tried and true” methods with innovative, thought-provoking ideas.
