The Wellness Council of America (WELCOA), with local affiliate Wellness Council of Wisconsin (WCWI), recently presented its coveted Gold Well Workplace Award to Info-Pro Lender Services. The Gold Well Workplace Award recognizes an organization for its commitment to the health and well-being of their employees.
By achieving the Gold Well Work Place Award, Info-Pro Lender Services has made a long-lasting commitment to the health and well-being of its employees. Info-Pro Lender Services is committed to improving the health and well-being of its 100+ employees. The Wellness Team, led by Debbie McFarlane, Director of Human Resources, consists of 10 employees across all areas of the company. The team plans designs and implements various education and wellness initiatives based on risk factors and employee interests. These initiatives include education programs, healthy cooking demonstrations and a variety of physical activity programs including a CEO weight loss challenge, exercise bingo, and bike challenges. In addition, employees are reimbursed for purchasing an activity tracker, participating in fitness classes and/or running/walking events and gym equipment. On-site health risk assessments are also offered for employees to learn and understand their overall wellness score.
