Infinity Rehab Clinicians Advocate for Fellow Colleagues
Practice Council one of 'My Professional Development' programs at Infinity Rehab
WILSONVILLE, Ore., September 19, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Clinicians at Infinity Rehab can share their voice and impact change in their field.
Through the company’s Practice Council, clinicians express their thoughts, questions, and concerns with advocates in their own clinical discipline. Infinity Rehab has three different councils for occupational, physical, and speech-language therapy.
Council members promote high standards for therapy practice, increase awareness in the field around specific industry trends, and inspire peers to reach their highest potential. Their primary role is to advocate for fellow Infinity Rehab clinicians.
The Practice Council is one piece of Infinity Rehab’s culture of inspiring their team members to grow as clinicians, leaders, and innovators.
“Working for a company that encourages a group of practice leaders to meet, discuss, and provide input, consider all angles, and even potential barriers related to practice issues speaks volumes about our Infinity Rehab culture,” said Angie Quesnell, lead on the SLP Practice Council.
The Practice Council members discuss current or upcoming initiatives, what work needs to be done to support these areas of focus, and questions and ideas specific to each clinical discipline.
“We influence and collaborate with leadership on the best way to roll an idea out and we are the first to address areas of concern that may need to be modified before it’s rolled out company-wide,” said Antonia Gallo, OT Practice Council lead.
The Practice Council members encourage involvement and ideas from all Infinity Rehab team members as they serve as an advocate and liaison between clinicians and leaders. Find out more at infinityrehab.com/practice-council.
