INDIANAPOLIS, August 7, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Force Multiplier Ventures is excited to announce the inaugural event for the “Indiana Leadership Speaker Series” on Oct. 17, 2018, at the Indiana War Memorial in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The event will feature impactful leadership speakers such as screenwriter and director Angelo Pizzo; former Indianapolis Colts and Super Bowl Champion Gary Brackett; Mira Award winner and entrepreneur John Wechsler; founder of Indianapolis Classical Schools Joanna Taft; Colonel (ret.) Rob Campbell; CEO of Powderkeg Matt Hunkler; former NFL football player and author Marques Ogden; and President and founder of Force Multiplier Ventures Andrew Weaver. This kick-off event aims to promote leadership development through community collaboration: “The genesis behind the Indiana Leadership Speakers Series is to create an eco-system of leadership in Indiana through shared experiences and thought,” said Andrew Weaver.

The “Indiana Leadership Speaker Series” will be held quarterly around the state of Indiana with events planned for 2019 in Fishers (January), Bloomington (April), Ft. Wayne (July) and Evansville (October).

As part of Force Multiplier Ventures' community commitment action plan, 10 percent of all proceeds of the series will be given to the Hoosier Veterans Assistance Foundation (HVAF), which helps homeless veterans return to self-sufficiency and engages at-risk veterans to prevent them from becoming homeless by providing supportive housing, case management, food, hygiene and clothing as well as other essential services.

Tickets go on sale Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2018, at 10 a.m. and can be purchased through Eventbrite under the title "Indiana Leadership Speaker Series."

An Early Bird Ticket rate ($95) is valid through Sept. 15, 2018.

The general admission rate ($115) begins Sept. 16, 2018.
