The 5,150 square foot modular building was designed and custom-built by Icon Construction to serve the D.B.A.C, which provides multiple services for the under-served Oak Cliff community. The state of the art modular building will serve as the permanent home for the D.B.A.C, located off of Wheat land Road. The D.B.A.C will have its grand opening next month.

This capital improvement project is a $685,000 venture made possible by grants and local businesses pulling together in a challenging economic climate. The property sits on .80 acres and is tract owned by the D.B.A.C. The location serves a community that lives 30% below the poverty line within a 1-mile radius and has a 90% minority population. The building boasts office space, computer areas and amenities needed for start up businesses. The D.B.A.C serves 225 businesses clients annually.
