I Didn't Kill Him/her/them, I'm Just Holding the Knife. Would You Like to Hold It as Well?
Online, March 17, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Art for art: The Neo-Gesamtkunstwerk. Ludovik Studio, a newly formed artistic team is preparing its first art installation open to the public this Spring hoping to push the boundaries of art development and promotion. For their first installation titled "Project Nature: Endless Seduction" they have the honor of working in collaboration with Txitxi Bloch, a renowned glass artist from Barcelona, and her studio Bitzare Contemporary Glass. The event will use Bitzare sculptures as protagonists in what will likely be an out-of-this-world dream-like occasion that will take place May 10th in a beautiful forest of Hombrechtikon Eichtal.
"Ludovik was born because the thought of choosing that ONE thing that defined us for the rest of our lives seemed horrifying. Then we realized that instead of choosing one path we could merge everything into a harmonized experience and experiment with different art forms."
Ludovik was founded by Del Bloch and Melanie Pierucci, who after working in the art and design worlds for so many years in places like Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin, Milan, New York, and London realized that they wished to deliver art as an experience that through the perfect combination and collaboration of different art forms should satisfy every sense and leave audiences exposed, vulnerable and breathless.
At this stage the installation is still a half-reality. That is why Ludovik Studio has launched a project campaign on We Make It, one of the main Swiss crowdfunding platforms. The aim is to gain support from the public on what is meant to be a very ambitious event that will combine not only glass sculptures and the element of nature, but also carefully produced audiovisual art, as well as strategically selected culinary art. With this installation, Ludovik will have its first of many attempts at facing people with their most intimate emotions.
So do not miss this event. In the end, nothing is what it seems. Glass is beautiful and fragile, but it is that fragility and that beauty that makes it break and cut deeper, stronger.
