I-Cubed Appoints Aman Rehman As Director Of Operations

(I-Cubed™) announced today that Aman Rehman has been appointed as Director of Operations, following the retirement of Irene Kiffe who had previously held this position. In this role, Aman will plan and implement financial strategies to sustain the company's continued growth, as well as oversee I-Cubed's Finance, Human Resources, and IT functions.

Aman brings to I-Cubed more than three decades of experience in progressively senior financial management roles. He has started two wholesale distribution companies in Houston, TX and implemented successful long-term financial strategies that resulted in a steady growth and a break-even in less than one year. As the owner and Financial Officer of Griffen Inc., he managed all operational, regulatory and financial functions, including tax, risk management, treasury, and manufacturing costs, and negotiated intensely with banks and lending institutions to secure and maintain a line of credit. His experience includes opening new distribution centers and acquiring a company to expand operations to a new territory.

Previously, as the CFO/Controller of a food manufacturing and packaging company in Houston, TX, Aman successfully led the company through reorganization by designing and implementing a business turn-around plan that resulted in increased profit margins and net income.

Aman holds an MBA in Accounting and he has taught multiple classes in Financial and Managerial Accounting at both the graduate and undergraduate levels at a University in Houston, TX. His teaching experience brings value to I-Cubed as the company develops its strategy to align resources and project investments with its profitability focus.
