HTC Inspire 4G Review

One of the newest AT&T phones, the HTC Inspire is an extremely intelligent phone that has a great selection of features. Find more information about the Inspire 4G as well as accessories available at www.discountcell.com.

A great addition to the AT&T line, the HTC Inspire 4G looks great and runs even better. Featuring a large Super LCD touch screen at 4.3 inches, the colors are vivid and clear and the touch response is quick. Running on Android 2.2 Froyo and the highly rated HTC Sense UI, the Inspire 4G is easy to use, even for someone with no Android experience. HTC understands that social media is extremely important to most users, so they've interfaced the contacts with the social network sites, including Facebook and Twitter, as well as the email, messaging and calling capabilities of the phone. The Inspire 4G also includes the Blockbuster app, Ereader app and YouTube app.

HTC understands that no matter how big and bright the screen is, having a bad sound system ruins the video experience. They included a Dolby + SRS Surround Sound and a 3.5mm headset jack, so users can have an incredible viewing experience. With a large phone memory of 4GB, users can upgrade their memory to 32GB with the external memory card slot. That's plenty of room for pictures, videos, apps, and music. The Inspire also features Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi, FM radio, 8-megapixel camera with dual LCD flash, GPS, HD video capture and multimedia capabilities. Don't worry about the phone slowing down while running more than one feature - the 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 768MB of RAM and 4GB of ROM, as well as the ability to run on AT&T HSPA+ network will not have a problem keeping up with anything you're running. So throw everything you have at it - the Inspire 4G will take anything you give it.

We recommend having a back up power source, as the Inspire 4G will receive heavy usage. The external battery pack is a great accessory - small, compact and light, yet packs enough power to completely recharge a dead battery and have power left over. Perfect for traveling, outdoor activities or as a back-up power source, this device can do it all. Many packs come with a variety of charging adapters, allowing them to charge more than one device. This is a very versatile accessory that will save every user from the frustration of a dead battery on more than one occasion.

We also recommend having a Bluetooth headset, allowing the users to connect to their phone wirelessly. We suggest the HTC Inspire SoundID 512 headset. With 4G NoiseNavigation three microphones noise canceling technology, it automatically isolates speech with three microphones while managing wind and background noise. The Sound ID EarPrint app offers personalized audio performance for Phone, Media (A2DP) and Pass Thru mode, which transforms the headset into a one-of-a kind sound system. The 512 offers EarPrint compatibility exclusively for select BlackBerry devices and Android 2.1/2.2 devices. With the swirl of the finger, users can enjoy the benefits of EarPrint and adjust audio settings to meet their specific hearing preferences by increasing sound clarity without raising the volume. Additional features of the EarPrint app include The "Visual Battery Indicator" to keep users updated on the headset's battery life and the "Find Me" control to help locate a misplaced headset. This is a great headset to compliment the HTC Inspire 4G.
