Hotel Room Of The Future Becomes a Reality With The Power of Touch Based Computing.

The "Hotel Room of the Future" is the biggest attraction at this year's Hotel Hospitality and Design exhibition. Boasting a collaborative group of exhibitors, it also showcases the power of multi-touch tabletop computing for the industry.

Attendees from every facet of the hospitality industry are gathering at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre for Australia's only dedicated hospitality technology conference and exhibition. One of the highlights is the "Hotel Room of the Future" which showcases the power of multi-touch tabletop computing with the release of nsquared's innovative new hospitality software on Microsoft Surface®.

Show Director, Ted Horner, believes that "Hotel Operators and owners are recognising the importance of investing in state-of-the-art technologies as a way to positively impact the bottom line and maximise customer satisfaction."

The nsquared hospitality pack consists of three interactive tabletop applications. Each application is designed to deliver information and services directly to the guests in an engaging and immersive experience made possible by the unique capabilities of Microsoft Surface®.

The Microsoft Surface® platform brings people together to connect, learn, and decide. It enables experiences that change the way people collaborate and connect with a 360-degree interface.

With nsquared concierge, guests can explore facilities and sights in the area. This is a great way to encourage clients to explore affiliated locations.

Ordering food has never been easier or more fun than with nsquared room service. Guests can explore the menu and select their choice of food and beverages. The order can then be sent directly to the kitchen.

Guests can also browse the activities and attractions on offer with the nsquared tourist table software and then build their own itinerary for the day. The application allows the itinerary to be billed directly to the room, and guests can then collect their booking confirmations and tickets from the front desk as they leave for the day.

Touch based collaborative computing is one of the fastest growing areas of software and nsquared has been one of the pioneers in this field for the last five years. Director Dr. Neil Roodyn is the world's first Microsoft Surface Most Valuable Professional having trained over 100 Surface developers worldwide. For more information visit www.nsquaredsolutions.com.
