Main Street, Dayton, Ohio. The center is scheduled to open in Mid-May of 2019. Walk-in hours will be seven days a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., and Saturday – Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. All insurances will be accepted including Medicare, CareSource and Medicaid plans.
