Home Owner Launches Social Media Campaign Against Contractor Gone Rogue.

Toronto Canada, September 21, 2015 (Newswire.com) - A Toronto homeowner has begun to mobilize a social media campaign against Chris Lawrence , a partner with 3 Stones Custom Homes and acting as the general contractor for the renovation the home owner's 100-year-old home. Since 2013, he has been referred to eight separate times by Canada's leading newspaper The Globe and Mail as a renovating expert. However during the 7 month renovation period the contractor has gone rogue by refusing to rectify the construction deficiencies.

Some of the deficiencies are: 

• water is leaking inside the house from  the installed new 3 a/c split units because the water drain hose is improperly sloped.
• kitchen cabinets were poorly installed and with no crown molding as agreed to.
• the stairway mini split a/c and its outside carrier compressor were not cleaned and serviced as per the quote. It remains inoperative.
• all the 3rd floor new radiators were not heating up.
• the boiler's new recycling pump now made loud noises.
• drywall ceiling joint with the wall seam split wide open over 10'  in master bedroom.
• all interior door and window mitred framing joints have split.
• corner drywall beading lifting off though-out the main floor.
• drywall (plumbing) holes in the powder room remain unfinished.
• irregular plumbing below kitchen sink causing backup.
• drywall stress cracks appearing in both sides of walk in closet.
• another linen closet door has warped and doesn't close flush.
• exterior a/c cooling hose left exposed.
• sloppy interior trim painting on door frames with paint splatter hinges and wood floor.
• there are many interior wall corners that are not squared.
• stress cracks have appeared all along the new stairs in the frame and  between wood frame and drywall.
•  grout cracking in both new bathroom shower tiles that caused water leaking down to the kitchen.
