Holt Construction Announced as Construction Manager for P.J. Clarke's Philadelphia Location

Holt Construction Corp. will be the Construction Manager for the P.J. Clarke's Restaurant location at the historic Curtis Center in Philadelphia. The announcement was made official at the February 26th press conference attended by Mayor Jim Kenney, former governor Ed Rendell and Phil Scotti, owner of P.J. Clarke's.

The announcement was made official at the February 26th press conference attended by Mayor Jim Kenney, former governor Ed Rendell and Phil Scotti, owner of P.J. Clarke’s.

The Philadelphia location of P. J. Clarke’s will mark it’s 5th U.S. location, continuing the tradition of the coined New York Times Phrase “The Vatican of Saloons”.

The new 11,000 square foot Restaurant will boast outdoor/indoor dining as well as private event space. Holt is looking forward to this exciting project that will be lead by Holt Construction Project Executive Amanda Clappsy-Koval
