Vita Coco will be dropping by to conduct a demo tasting on Feb. 1, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Tenants can look forward to Vita Coco’s many different coconut water flavors, such as pineapple, peach-mango, lemonade, and, of course, original. This tasty break in the day is the perfect way for tenants to step away from their desks and meet local businesses that have come to share their passions.

Hollywood Production Center enjoys hosting holiday events and social gatherings for its beloved tenants. Hollywood Production Center is gearing up to start their annual Valentine’s Day grams at all locations. Every year tenants can look forward to writing candy grams to anyone in the building. It is exciting for the tenants every year to write candy grams because it is reminiscent of their childhood. The tenants seem to enjoy it every time we have the candy grams. The tenants can write their candy grams anytime they want between Feb. 1 to February 13 by 5 p.m. On Feb. 14, Valentine’s Day, we will deliver the candy grams to the tenants that received a gram.
