Hollywood Production Center Encourages Tenants to Attend Health and Wellness Events During February Heart Health Month

LOS ANGELES, February 5, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Hollywood Production Center celebrates heart health month throughout February 2019 by encouraging HPC tenants to attend local health and wellness events. Adventist Health Glendale hosts a yoga stretch-focused class every Thursday morning to help participants soothe the body while calming the mind. This is a free event open to the public. Yoga mats will be provided to first-time participants. 

HPC Hosts Holistic Health and Wellness Event with Jaime Saginor 

Hollywood Production Center is hosting a health and wellness event with local holistic health coach Jaime Saginor on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019. Participants will learn how to finally control food cravings, kick unhealthy eating habits and make better food choices. This event is geared toward busy creative professionals who may be struggling to eat healthier while balancing their career and personal lives. Jaime Saginor is an AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners)-certified holistic health coach. She received her training in health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Health Nutrition.
