4th Annual Benefit Ride for Dogs by Debin in Honor of Late Co-Founder Rick Norris
KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 5, 2018 (Newswire.com) - The annual motorcycle ride Hogs for Dogs, benefiting the Dogs by Debin Dog Adoption Center, will be held this year in honor of its late co-founder Rick Norris on Saturday, June 16.
Previously chaired by Rick himself, this year’s Hogs for Dogs event will be especially poignant for the adoption center as the benefit will continue the legacy of Rick’s support of his wife, co-founder Debin Norris, and her mission to help homeless animals.
We will feel the void this year, for sure. Planning this event has always been a labor of love for the dogs in our care but this year we hope to make Rick proud.

Riders will depart Worth Harley-Davidson at 9400 NW Prairie View Rd., Kansas City, Missouri, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 16. The ride will include stops at Rockstar Burgers and The Hideout Bar & Grill before returning to Worth Harley-Davidson at 3 p.m. to live music, vendors and food available for purchase. Throughout the ride, prizes provided by various business and individual donors from the community will be raffled off. Entertainment will be provided at Worth until 5 p.m. while guests have the opportunity to meet (and adopt!) dogs from the shelter. There will also be vendors on-site throughout the day. This family-friendly event is always a blast!
