Heath Lambert launches new website to match modern consumer
Online, September 14, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The site has been designed and built, in conjunction with internet solutions specialist Appius (www.appius.com), following detailed user testing, to ensure the user is fully engaged from the first click. They can define what size of business best describes them by choosing the business insurance sections marked corporate, medium or small, or private client insurance for individual users. The navigational bar has been colour coded and allows the client to easily identify which section of the site is the most appropriate for them.
The new site has a comprehensive list of core industry specialisms, products and services, testimonials and case studies that users will find relevant to their business.
Heath Lambert chief executive Adrian Colosso said: "Heath Lambert has been recognised as the number one insurance broker for service because we deliver to the client. Part of our ethos is to listen and we spent time asking our audience what they felt was important. You wouldn't release a car onto the market without testing it first, but this seems to frequently happen when certain company's create a new website.
"We've refreshed the website from top to bottom including the technology involved. This site gives the decision makers, from the major corporate to the private individual, the choice they need in the modern world."
