The 13 episode series has garnered a considerable audience with current figures showing just over 140,000 views in metropolitan Melbourne during its February 5 opening weekend. Although Sydney's numbers did not match (just over 83,000 viewers), episode two saw Sydney ratings more than double to over 164,000.

Drive Thru Australia is a lifestyle cooking show with Ben O'Donoghue and his special 4WD fitted with a custom designed fold out kitchen.
