Kitchen and Roberts Bring Decades of Government Healthcare Programs Expertise to TRACSCOUT, LLC.

Nancy Kitchen retired from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) after serving thirty years in senior capacities. Her varied responsibilities included financial monitoring, prevention of fraud, waste and abuse, review and approval of bids, and oversight of compliance programs.  Nancy directed the development of the CMS program audit activity that today continues to focus on all operational aspects of managed care organizations, including the handling of grievances and appeals.   Since leaving CMS, Nancy has served as ATTAC Consulting Group (ACG), LLC’s Director of Client Development, connecting Medicare, Medicaid and other government health plans nationwide with ACG’s operational and compliance resources.

Susan Roberts brings more than 25 years of government health care program development expertise in streamlining operations and maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. Susan’s expertise spans the scope of responsibilities as a Medicare and Medicaid Executive for the complete planning, development, implementation and operational/financial success of Medicare Risk and Medicaid Organizations and products. She has facilitated regional and corporate strategy planning for these organizations in major metropolitan as well as in rural areas and held accountability for the development and success of marketing strategies, sales goals, lead management, and systems management. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President of Government Programs at Gorman Health Group.
