· Vision and eye exam every two years
· Pap smear every one to three years from age 21
In the 30s the screening should include,

In a woman's 40s, she should carry out the following health screenings,
· A mammogram, starting at age 40, every year
· Cholesterol and blood pressure check
· Check the need for a screening for heart disease through either a routine electrocardiogram, or an Ultra Fast Heart Scan. This is especially important if there is a high in the family and if the individual is smoking, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.
· Glucose screen every three years, starting at age 45 or earlier if the individual has hypertension and high cholesterol.
In a woman's 50s, she should carry out the following health screenings,
· Colon cancer screening with a colonoscopy
· A blood test every year
· Cholesterol test every year
· Vision and eye exam every year
In a woman's 60s, she should carry out the following health screenings,
· Bone density test at age 65, if at high risk for osteoporosis
· Colon cancer screening with a colonoscopy
· A blood pressure test every year
· Cholesterol test every year
· Vision and eye exam every year
· Mammogram every year
